I'm just curious, does Atlas think users must have an avatar? Generally seems that having no avatar isn't something very popular here.

No because you can be in between states like I am and don't know if you're going back to Cali or stay in IL, but who cares about where you vote I am a D anyways

Unless you are filthy rich and I thought that being in Cali I can hit the Powerball or Lottery HI, FL, CA and NY are the most expensive places to live 2K a month for a GOOD APARTMENT
