Don’t understand your point. This is not America and the lady had no right to insult the President. In Germany, she would be given a penalty as well.

just proves Germany and France both suck, every citizen in a democracy should have the right to insult their HoS, PM and cabinet members. She may not have had a legal right to insult Macron, but she certainly had a moral right to do so.
