Are they? Will future GOP membership in Congress become much more non-Hispanic white? Will there be fewer like Michelle Steel/Burgess Owens/Mike Garcia/Byron Donalds/Carlos/Gimenez?

Seems virtually the opposite; the number of non-white Republicans in Congress is rising rapidly, as is Republican support among non-white Americans. Every Republican who picked up a seat from the Democrats in 2020 was a woman, a racial minority, or both.

And even for the 2022 cycle, you have Wesley Hunt and Monica De La Cruz Hernandez (not 100% certain, but likely given the political environment). In all the RGV districts, GOP is looking to go with Hispanic women with Casey Garcia and Myra Flores as well.

IMHO - just opposite: unlike 2014-2016 (and may be, to some extent - even 2018)  in 2020 Republicans began to recruit in considerable numbers conservative Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, whatever.... And, it turns out - there are lots of them, so this strategy makes a lot of sense. Republican leaders understand that they may remain a viable right-wing party ONLY by attracting a lot of conservative minority people. And, repeat - they don't have a shortage of such people.. There is substantial reservoir of socially conservative minorities...

This is true. And in 2022 I have noticed most of the minority Republicans running are running as Trumpists, which differs from how usually minority Rs (such as Tim Scott or Maria Salazar) are more moderate. People like Caroline Serrano, Mayra Flores, Jennifer-Ruth Green, Jarome Bell and Walt Blackman are running as hardline Trumpists.

Yes, the Republican Party will soon be an inclusive, rainbow party representative of its tolerant, open-minded values, compared to the real racist left.

All of those expect Bell will win their primaries and the general election imo

Well, sarcasm noted))) Republican party (obviously) will NOT be things you mentioned. Will Democratic party become a party of "idiotic radical left"? Not sure, but quite possible. In such case i feel pity for US voters - their electoral dillema will be unenviable...

Is Herschel Walker going to be the GOP nominee in GA-SEN?
He is unopposed for all intents and purposes, so yes.

Is Walker favored to win the general?

Depends on who you ask, although I doubt anyone would rate it any better for dems than a tossup. I would call it Lean/Likely R (based off likelihood, not margin).

I think that the number of minority Republican office-holders will increase a bit in the near future, but that doesn’t mean the GOP still won’t be the much whiter party.
