There are no rules written for the impeachment. What bgwah used to do was to let people debate and when there was consensus to end the debates he opened it

Let's see... flagrantly defying a court order, ordering the arrest of a third of the senate because of their opinions on him, I mean, this is an open-and-shut case. It's clear he's guilty of serious crimes, and he's showing no signs of stopping. I urge every senator to support this.

If the election is a full endorsement of whatever the person may do in office in the next four months, then why is the impeachment clause even in the constitution at all? There has to be some use for it. This pattern of taking total control, going against the constitution, firing people and/or ordering their arrest for the sole reason of them not liking OBD's kansas position...if that is not what the clause is there, then what is it there for? I could also spend time pointing to various instances where Labor has called on people to resign from office, which would seem to go against your statement that an election is a full and complete endorsement of whatever that person may do in office.

Further the statement disregards a number of voters, including myself, who did not vote for OBD on his own merits but instead based on the alternatives presented, and it also disregards the fact that Atlasians can make votes based upon a holistic view, just like regular americans - it is always wrong to assume a vote for x is an expression of 100% agreement with their platform - just take all the anti-gun leftist people that voted for Scott last year despite him being obviously pro-gun.

YES, people knew your Kansas position Truman - but they had no way of knowing that you would use violence and dictatorship and go around the constitution and the supreme court to enact it, rather than using the democratic process of persuading the public to amend the constitution. There is a huge difference between someone supporting a position and someone supporting blowing up our whole system for the sole sake of winning on that issue. When RL politicians force a government shutdown over their beliefs, atlas has usually seen it as wrong. The same sort of principle should apply here - trying to win on the Kansas issue does not justify blowing up the game over it.

Regarding defying a court “order”, the Supreme Court has proven itself, as of late, to be a throughly corrupt institution, and sadly due to corrupt, activist judges it has also configured itself into an instrument of Southern imperial desires and plots. The Supreme Court of this nation is hostile to the people. Unelected, unaccountable judges do not speak for the people of this land. The Attorney General and the President possess the consent of the governed, they do not.  For the Attorney General to abide by orders from that farcical court would be an insult to the overwhelming majority of our citizens. The Supreme Court has lost so much legitimacy over the past few weeks; the Pro-Southern bias is apparent to all.

I cannot speak to the warrants for arrests of Senators as I am not privy to internal Justice Department and/or FBI deliberations, but I would be shocked if the Attorney General issued such warrants without sufficient evidence and I invite him to explain a bit more on this.

It’s very funny that it is now, right before an election that the opposition is trying to do this. The political intent should be obvious.
