It's simple: the South already has Kansas, and it'd probably be for the best if we left it alone and did this through amendments rather than invasion. While the First Minister's expansionist agenda is noble, I fear he is too focused on Kansan values when he should be focused on Frémont values, like banning men, or at least instilling matriarchy.

If it's all the same to you guys, when Dirty Harry rejects this, I'd like it to be on the ballot this weekend, as opposed to the next. Motion for a final vote.

With no objections, I open a final vote for 24 hours, or, whenever everybody sees this and votes. Whichever comes first. (And I didn't formally suspend the rules, so I'm doing it now)

Aye!

Tragically, I'm pretty sure legislating on Discord isn't legal, so while I could pretend the referendum was legally binding, I'm also too lazy to write a new constitution for the Frémont Free State.

Since he's moved to Fremont, You could order the soon to be castrated S019 to write it for you. He won't have the balls to say no at that point.
