to put an end to the bloodshed

Section 1 (Title)
i. The title of this act shall be, the "Kansas Tourniquet Resolution."

Section 2 (Resolve)
i. RESOLVED, the commonwealth of Frémont recognizes the political sovereignty of Kansas within the southern Region.

It's simple: the South already has Kansas, and it'd probably be for the best if we left it alone and did this through amendments rather than invasion. While the First Minister's expansionist agenda is noble, I fear he is too focused on Kansan values when he should be focused on Frémont values, like banning men, or at least instilling matriarchy.
