No one knows Giuliani or McCain yet really. They have perceptions of Giuliani but they dont know him or any where he is on the issues. McCain has gotten a free ride with the media. The US doesnt know the real McCain vote to vote.

So much for Obama being the saving grace of the Democratic Party. It would appear as though he would do poorly against either of the heavy hitters the GOP could put up in 08'. Huckabee's numbers are rather disheartening, but I can safely chalk it up to the fact that Huckabee is a virtual unknown.

LOL, you're going to write Obama off after a poll two years before the election.  Smart

Gore was down 25 to Bush in summer of 99 in one poll.

Nobody knows Obama yet, either. They know he's a good speaker but they don't know that his voting record and stands on issues are stock liberal.
VERY liberal.

Not true. Obama is mildly liberal at most. He's no Paul Sarbanes or Ted Kennedy.

Another poll I saw recently saw Obama leading everyone. Either way, polls mean nothing two years in advance. They rarely mean anything 6 months in advance either; remember George Allen.

Obama hasn't really racked up enough of a voting record to solidify him as either a moderate or a liberal, so there's no use debating it.

I agree with you. Obama is an idiot. He hasnt accomplished anything and thinks he can run for president because he's black and thinks hes a moderate.
