Why is Nixon/Ford so high up given nearly half of that was Nixon’s second term which was basically consumed by Watergate and an oil crises .

Also why Reagan 1 over Reagan 2 given he definitely governed more moderately in his second term than he did in his first even in 1985-86 let alone in 87-88 after the GOP lost the senate .

How was the second Bush term worst than the first? The first is when he did all his damage. His second had him f[inks]ing up Katrina but he did say more damage in the first one.
