CNN calls Lott as the winner.  Sad

I will now observe 5 minutes of silence.

Norfolk, Richmond and Newport News VA still only have about 2/3 of the vote in and Webb is leading solidly in all three places. HE MAY PULL IT OUT!!!

Nope. Allen just jumped up by 25,000 votes. It's probably over in Virginia, sadly.
Not yet.

Where are Webb's 30,000 extra votes going to come from?  I'm not feeling too hopeful about this.

And Allen's now leading by more than the Green Party candidate's percentage, so you can't blame it on Parker, either.

Yeah -Loudoun and Prince William counties still haven't counted all their precincts.  As of now, only 45% of precincts in Loudoun have reported their results, with 24% in Prince William -in both of which Webb leads Allen.  Combined with results in the Southeast like Petersburg City, this race is far from over.

Those voter intimidation calls may have won it for Allen.
