Section 1 (Title)
i. The title of this act shall be, the "Angelinos Avocados Proviso."

Section 2 (Avocados)
i. Every resident of the city of Los Angeles will receive a single ration coupon for the fiscal year of 2022 from the commonwealth government, which all groceries in Frémont will be obliged to accept as payment for one avocado.
ii. The government of Frémont will reimburse grocers at the rate of $2 per coupon.
