The USA Today Gallup Poll, released today, finds the candidates tied within the poll’s margin of error of +/- 5%. In the sample of 676 likely voters, conducted November 1-4, Gallup finds Harold Ford, Jr. within three points of Bob Corker at 49-46.    Haroldfordjr2oo6.blogspot.com

I guess u know its bad when you are boasting about polls that show you down by 3 and 4.... but I think that is closer to where the race is than these 8 to 12 point polls.

It looks like this confirms Rasmussen's new poll. I think Ford will still lose but at least it won't be a complete landslide.

My guess is that the movement is among independents.... In the rasmussen poll Ford had a 14 push among independents...... The bases are secure.... its all about indepedents.....
