This is true...mostly.
There were loud and numerous contingents of posters who had negative views of Chuck Schumer and/or Nancy Pelosi.

Approve of Biden, Schumer and Pelosi, disapprove of the Republicans (uses brain rather than listening to what's trendy on the media). The economic policy of the Democrats has been a massive success, especially considering their congressional majority, their foreign policy has been, though not flawless, a massive improvement over both Trump and Obama, and their moral leadership is obviously a massive improvement over Trump too. The trendy loathing for "impotent" Democratic leaders is detached from reality.

Nobody's saying that, but if leaders are good then you ought to support them.

Democrats are obsessed with finding fault in their leaders, while Republicans are obsessed with ignoring faults in theirs.
