Probably would rotate Effingham into 1 for the coastal district(it's clearly exurban Savannah)

Atlanta is generic whole county preferred fair which is a good enough basis.In general though Georgia definetely seems like a state where a commision would likely do a double cross. If I had to guess its 7R 1 tossup and 6 D with the tossup voting R in every election but 2020 president and going for Loeffler/Perdue?
