Headline does not match poll; MoE is 4.6%, Reynolds lead is 4pts. It's still tight.

when there is a consistent 4 point lead for Reynolds.... Culver looks like a winner but with a +/- Moe of 3 to 5 in most polls u could say that polls showing him up 5 mean nothing.
