I'll dare suggest it: Ron Reagan.

It would look to political.  But I hope Ron Reagan becomes the left's Ronald Reagan someday Smiley

He had a great interview on Larry King.  He really took this administration to task.

Mark Warner is perhaps the best possibility for a guy who has got very little attention as a possible VP pick, inexperienced? Yes, but in the three years he's been in office has he achieved a lot with a GOP legislature in a conservative state? Yes.

Warner would only be good if we were sure he could deliver Virginia, which we aren't.
