While I rooted against him for all these years , it’s definitely been amazing to watch him play for all these years as well . Truly our generation’s Michael Jordan

Enjoy your retirement.

There won't be anyone like him again.

Michael Jordan is an actual famous person. There are people living in the US who don't even know who Tom Brady is, lol, and he's literally a nobody outside the US.

My sources say the death penalty, for espionage, being considered for Tom Brady. I am pro-life and take no pleasure in reporting this.

Well Tom Brady is popular in Brazil and Germany.
That is because his wife Gisele is Brazilian of German descent and also Tom Brady is of half Irish, German, and Polish descent as well.
NFL isn't that big of a deal outside of America same thing with NASCAR.

Probably the best Quarterback to throw a football since Elway and Marino.

He'll have spot in Canton for certain.

Two solid decades of cheating are over.

If Bonds and Clemens can't get into the MLB HOF, Brady should certainly be kept out of the NFL's.

As someone who is not a football fan and who knows virtually nothing about the game, I'm nevertheless somewhat familiar with Tom Brady, since he has been one of the most successful and most extensively covered sports players over the past few decades. He's been at more Superbowls and won more Superbowls than any other quarterback I can think of. And he had a long career for someone in this field.

Michael Jordan is an actual famous person. There are people living in the US who don't even know who Tom Brady is, lol, and he's literally a nobody outside the US.

That is simply untrue.

Every sportsfan in Australia, UK, Europe and Asia knows who Tom Brady is. In fact, the number of people who admire his sporting achievements would be greater in number outside the USA. The Patriot Superbowl wins are well known.

He is the Babe Ruth or Jack Nicklaus of NFL.

Any satellite sports package includes NFL. It is free to air now in Australia.

Tom Brady doesn't even have great name recognition in the US, and that is according to actual survey research. He has universal name recognition among people who bother to turn on an NFL game. Babe Ruth and Jack Nicklaus don't have universal name recognition either...

The NBA is basically the only American sports league that produces global stars, because a) basketball is played just about everywhere, b) the NBA has been very successful at growing its brand in other countries, and c) the NBA has been very successful at marketing personalities. That's not to say Tom Brady has no name recognition, and there certainly are NFL fans in other countries (it's not uncommon to see people wearing NFL team gear in Europe) but that doesn't make him a household name everywhere. If you put his face on an ad in an airport somewhere in Europe or Asia, most people would just see some random white dude.

Brady is a member of a very short list of athletes in the major US pro sports leagues who have won at least 7 championships and 3 MVP awards.  The others:

Bill Russell: 11 championships, 5-time MVP
Yogi Berra: 10 & 3
Joe DiMaggio: 9 & 3
Mickey Mantle: 7 & 3 (same as Brady)
