Obviously not. CA-12 is one of the most Democratic districts in the country, and hasn't elected a Republican in several decades. I believe the last time it did so was in the 1950s. If Pelosi loses, she will lose to a progressive primary challenger from within her own party. But she will not lose. She's too entrenched and too powerful, and has never faced substantive opposition in her races.
