You know even if Convicted he has the right to be free from prison based on Appeals right, users assume once convicted he goes to jail it's gonna be appealed all the way to SCOTUS, and it can take up to two yrs at least to be imprisonment

That's why we need to vote so that there aren't anymore R judges on the Crts except for NY all the Crts are R especially on FL where the Document case FL

If we get a Filibuster proof Trifecta we can cement a generation of D judges if Nixon was Convicted there were all D judges that's why Ford pardoned him and Powell, Marshall, Blackmun, White and Douglas were on SCOTUS that would affirmed Nixon in jail

Trump is likely to be Convicted in NY and on an ankle bracelet for 1.5 yrs and the other 3 if convicted will have to wait on the SCOTUS and we don't know how long that is

So Trump will serve jail time but not Fed pen at least not right away, and likely in the process get Trump Towers taken away there will be fines and restitution
