Harris would certainly run in 2028, but her and Biden's loss would be a massive handicap on her chances of winning the primary.

Really, why? She'd basically just be the new Mondale (not that that's really a positive sign)

I mean it's not like Mondale cakewalked to the nomination, it was a pretty close battle with Hart for a while.
