Angela Alsobrooks is the first Black woman to be the Prince George's County Executive, in the wealthiest Black county in America.

She is ADOS/FBA (American Descendants of Slavery/Foundational Black American), something Kamala Harris is not, and could help Biden get more Black votes.

Would she be a good choice?

Just like the threads of “who will run if Biden/Harris aren’t running in 2024 and there is a primary”, this sort of thread can be a good way to identify the Democratic bench in 2028.

In this case, it absolutely is not, because Alsobrooks is completely obscure and overshadowed right now by Abrams, Demings, etc. How did you even hear about this person? What are the chances she will never again appear in a presidential thread, given her relatively low-ranking position?
