My two cents now that I'm in Koopa's seat: I see the appeal, but with the Plain Packaging Act existing and being upheld, I also understand that any further reduced tobacco intake would likely be through increasing funding for treatment programs rather than through outlawing tobacco outright. Since the bill isn't going to pass anyway, I think I'll keep Koopa's Aye in place.
