Possible but unlikely. At the very least, IA-03 (the Des Moines seat) should remain perennially swingy.

Republicans will win all four next year, but I think the Des Moines-based district is more likely than not to flip back in a Republican President's midterm or if Democrats win one of the two presidential elections decisively. Could definitely see the other three staying R even in a D-leaning year, though.

I think by the end of the decade the DSM district becomes more dem while the others trend R. Heading into the 2030s Polk county will become an even larger percentage of whatever district it ends up in so even beyond the 20s there will likely be one democratic based district.
