I was told that Kemp's vulnerability is "overblown," though. Even if the anti-Kemp vote is seriously split in the first round, it’s hard to see (and has been the entire year) how Kemp wins the runoff against even a semi-competent Republican.

I would certainly give Perdue an edge in the primary (and he’s a better bet for the GE as well, but that’s still going to be a tough race for the GOP).
