I'm guessing that this is an ultra-conservative paper?

It seems like, despite ending their endorsemement of Blackwell, they don't have anything good to say about Strickland. They say he will be "as bad or worse than Bob Taft"? You've got to be kidding me.

The Ohio Courier is an irrelevant paper with a comparatively tiny circulation.

Having followed the Ohio Gov's race on here, I'll be watching it keenly on election night to see just how much Blackwell loses by. It looks like it's going to be a king-size blow-out.

Anyone care to venture just how many points Strickland will win by?

Yeh. Pretty much the dumbest line I have ever read in an endorsement editorial in my life. I could crap out a better editorial than that.

A month ago I would have said 10-15, but now it is looking more like he could be totally blown out given his ridiculous behavior, and now I would confidently say he loses by 20+ points.

You could probably crap out a better governor than Bob Taft, for that matter.

An endorsement that un-endorses the opponent of someone who is subsequently likened to Bob Taft shows either a really uneducated editorial staff or a candidate with the electoral prowess of Katherine Harris under possession of Hitler.
