My favourite statistic:

Does the scandal involving former Florida Congressman Mark Foley of Florida, make you more likely or less likely to vote for a Republican Congressional candidate, or is there no difference?

21% said more likely.  Huh?

Other than that, not much to say.  It's over.

One complaint: Where are the independents?

Polls will always turn up very weird results that really shouldn't be the case.

I'm reminded of this one poll that reported that something like 9% of non-religious people in America felt that American laws should be based on the Bible.  I was like "wtf?"

I saw part of a debate today between Cantwell, McGavick, and a libertarian candidate; I can't remember his name right off the top of my head right now.

Keystone Phil made the comment that Sherrod Brown has an annoying voice. I think I'm starting to understand his pain after listening to McGavick.

I agree.  During the entire debate, I was praying that McGavick would go through puberty.

I watched part of that debate and was annoyed by his voice, too.

I'm not the one who said that.  I haven't actually heard Sherrod Brown's voice. Wink
