       At first I was going to say no one, but it’s very conceivable a Georgian voted this way. Probably someone in Augusta. They have an appreciation for Southern Democrats, and are on the poorer side, which is why they stuck with Johnson in ‘64. They’re also a business owner, which is why they voted for Eisenhower, and are pretty racist, but not the “lynch-the-(N-word)” type. Beyond that, the other votes are pretty self-explanatory.
