I'd say FF. I liked his handling of the BLM and far-left / far-right protests, and I think I agree with a lot of his views. I also love how he pepper sprayed a guy who was spreading COVID19.

Incredibly mixed, probably an HP on balance but probably will be much better than whoever comes after him.

Mayor of Portland sounds like the worst big city mayor job in America. I don't think it's possible to look good in that job.

Anyway, Wheeler has the patience of Job to not just go "F**k y'all, I'm out" and just suddenly resign. Any ordinary person would've done that by now.
