Each POTUS since HW Bush came into office with Senate and House controlled by his party. HW and Nixon had neither House and were the first in a long time; Reagan only had the senate. Do you expect this streak to be broken very soon? The fact Biden came in with a slim senate majority was only due to McCain's death and Isaskson's resignation for health reasons. Both caused special elections that allowed Dems to pick up additional seats. Without these, the senate would still be 52-48 R.

I think every GOP prez in the next 10-20 years will at least come in with a trifecta, while the next regularly elected Dem prez may very well end up with at least one chamber controlled by the GOP.

If a Dem wins narrowly in the next 10-15 years, they will likely come in with an R senate.

An R coming in with a Dem House in 2028-32 or so is also plausible if VRA districts keep getting less lopsided over time (see VA HoD), but this isn't clear yet.

Possibly the next Democrat after Biden, especially if he's re-elected.
