The latest draft shows Lowenthal and Roybal-Allard being drawn into the same district. What might happen this election?

The whiter neighborhoods in Long Beach on the coast and near Cypress have a good chance of being drawn into a Hispanic district. Will Lowenthal retire to avoid running against Roybal-Allard?
