A Democrat pleased with Eisenhower's first term for some reason, who backed Nixon because he thought Humphrey would escalate Vietnam, who backed Ford because he resided in MI (favourite son effect), Reagan because he was pleased with the economy, Bush because he distrusts southerners and didn't like Clinton's moderation and affairs, Clinton because he hated Newt Gingrich, Gore because he considered Gore a more liberal and honest Bill Clinton, and hated the GOP in 2000 as much as he hated it in 1996.
