If the AG is nominated by the President why cant he or she fire you? SCOTUS in Myers v. US expressly said laws like the tenure in office act were unconstitutional since the chief executive is vested with all executive power including the right to remove subordinate officers. The Atlasian Constitution contains the same vesting clause from the Myers case and there is nothing in the Atlasian constitution limiting this power over dismissal of subordinate cabinet officers. Advice and consent of the Senate is merely required for appointment not removal.

Its absurd and a bit dictatorial to claim you cant be fired by the President and that you personally own your title. You have no valid argument to the contrary.

I'd say the first order of business would be selecting a city. I'd personally pick Jacksonville, Florida, due to its lack of mandates

Statement on Future of Party

I am happy to learn that Governor LouisvilleThunder is running as the Federalist candidate for president.  LouisvilleThunder, who was cheated out of winning the June 2021 presidential election, really deserves a second try.  I want to do everything in my power to help him do well, so I ask that all my supporters put him as second preference on the ballot, after me of course.  We need a unified conservative movement to win.  

After the presidential election, the Patriot Party will hold a convention to determine how we move forward, and who the new party leader will be.  Our vice presidential candidate, Greg the Great, has suggested hosting it in Florida, where there are no mandates for the China virus, and I agree with him 100%.  There will be no masks required, it will be a great sight.  

Even if we won't win outright, a strong turnout will send a message to the Federalists that we are done with fake conservative candidates, and we are sick of the true lack of opposition to the Labor regime.  This is the most important election in Atlasian history, and I need everyone to vote.  This is only the beginning of a great movement.  Thank you.
