President Joe Biden declines to run for President and Vice President Kamala Harris declines because of family health reasons regarding her husband. The two main competitors for the democratic primary are AOC and Dr Anthony Fauci who will run on his track record regarding the Covid 19 pandemic which officially ended in April 2023. Fauci announces his candidacy in May 2023, and runs as a more centrist democrat but still supports issues such as Medicare for all and a higher minimum wage. Fauci gets the endorsements of both President Biden and former President Obama, and Vice President Harris. Fauci ends up winning the democratic nomination with the support of the older voters and democrat leaning independents in semi open primary states.

On the Republican, Donald Trump decides not to run and DeSantis declines to run due to his wife’s health issues. The race for the Republican side came down to Ted Cruz and Rand Paul with Cruz doing well in Iowa and South Carolina but Rand Paul winning New Hampshire and Nevada. Ultimately Rand Paul narrowly beat Ted Cruz in the primary and now faces Dr Anthony Fauci in the general election.

Who wins and what does the map look like and how do the debates go between Senator Rand Paul and Dr Anthony Fauci?
