Technically being unbanned almost always comes with a probation period where moderated posts count for more against them, and too many can see them re-banned in short order. Knowing Tender, he'd probably be out the door as quickly as he was let back in. He's one of the most stubborn users I've ever met on here. Literally the entire reason he is banned now is because he refused to accept being muted for a few days and thought he could just worm his way around it consequence-free.

I'd take that deal, easily. VA could spare themselves years of Republicans whining about CRT from the governor's mansion, and Tender will probably just get himself banned soon after anyway.
