Recongizing that McDonalds is a horrible company that exists solely for the purpose of making people Obese and forcing them to consume horribly unhealthy and greasy products made through suspicious practices,

Recongizing that Obesity is one of the biggest problems facing Atlasia and the Lincoln Region,

The General Court Hereby,

- 1.Bans ProhibitsMcDonalds, or any affiliate or franchise thereof, from operating anywhere in Lincoln and from importing their products to Lincoln

- Bans any offsite McDonalds facility or similar venue that seeks to produce McDonalds products in Lincoln for exportation to other regions.

2. EXCEPTIONS: Any McDonalds, or any affiliate or franchise thereof, or any related offsite facility or similar venue, that sells or produces ONLY a selection of the items on this list may remain open:

- McMuffins
- McGriddles
- Biscuit Sandwiches
- Beverages (except that those beverages listed at  https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/full-menu/desserts-and-shakes.html and/or https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/full-menu/mccafe.html shall not be permitted)
- Salads
-Any other meals which do not exceed a total of 1,000 calories

Such facilities may NOT add to these items hamburger patties, hamburger buns or other ingredients that prior to the passage of this law were only found in Burgers, French Fries, and/or Chicken Sandwiches.


3.Decrees that any McDonalds, or any affiliate or franchise thereof, or any related offsite facility or similar venue, that acts in contravention to this law, will see all of its owners and managers imprisoned for anywhere from six months to three years fined no more than $250,000. Each case will be judged individually.

4.All McDonald's closed due to non-compliance will be replaced by a government-operated Shake Shack franchise, offering a wide selection of shakes, burgers, hot dogs, and other staples of Americana, at legally-mandated low prices and using healthy recipes.

5. This Act shall take effect six months after passage

That being said I guess it can be less aggressive.
