Donate to Act blue to Scott Sifton, Tim Ryan, Barnes, Fetterman, Kelly, Hassan

They're mainstream candidates not socialist like DEMING'S and Beas let, whom said Beasley she supported the Filibuster

Mandel isn't winning by 20 and this is a blk and brown election

Everyo.e say that Barnes is another DEMING'S and Beasley if that's the case Warnock wouldn't have gotten elected and Obama campaign for Barnes for Lt Gov

Sifton is closer than Fink down by 5

Tester, McCaskill, Manchin in 2012/2018 over performed Obama or natl D average

Biden isn't gonna be at 45 once Spending bill is enacted into Law

Donate to various candidates, but try to focus on candidates that don't take contributions from special interest donors/corporate PACs/etc. That would make them more likely to listen to ordinary constituents instead of special interests. The two renegade Democratic Senators are in way over their heads in terms of accepting such contributions.

Donate to Democrats in AZ/GA/NC/NH/NV/PA/WI, and try to convince those involved in the campaign or activists in general not to pay attention to Twitter, but to actually make a grassroots effort to engage with voters, and get an idea of what issues are on their minds, and make an effort to connect with them to show that they care.

You can also volunteer 100% remotely for Senate campaigns. At least, I did it last year for Biden and the coordinated Dem campaign in TX and assume they'll continue this into 2022.

Basically, you’d be either making calls or sending texts (using their system, not your own phone).

Pull a reverse Washington, cross the Delaware, and volunteer for the Dems' 2022 general election Senate candidate here in PA.  Depending on where you live in Jersey, you could do in-person volunteering in the crucial Lehigh Valley/Poconos region, or help boost turnout in Greater Philly.  There are also legions of ways you can volunteer remotely by phone banking, sending postcards, and text banking.

Thanks for being willing to help!  When you are ready to volunteer, I would recommend reaching out directly to the candidate's campaign, as PA Dems and many of our statewide voter engagement organizations are... questionable... in their effectiveness.

Move to a swing state or push for the Cal3 proposal to break up California.

A safe state could still have one or more competitive house races.

2020: Republicans flipped four House seats in California and two in New York, while almost flipping one each in New Jersey and Illinois.

2018: Democrats flipped seats in Kansas, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Utah.

Hell, a Democrat flipped a House seat in Nebraska in 2014!

I think he means in terms of senatorial elections, but you make good points - there are a number of competitive congressional districts in NJ. I'd say if darklordoftech wants to help Democrats keep the House, he might want to help volunteer for, or donate to, Democrats in one of these districts, such as the 3rd, which under its current configuration supported Trump in 2020 (albeit very narrowly), and whose Democratic representative, Andy Kim, only narrowly prevailed in 2020. NJ07 is also pretty competitive. Of course if Democrats bluen up these districts in redistricting, which might well happen, then these districts will stay blue regardless, in which case (depending on how competitive it is after redistricting) you might volunteer for Van Drew's challenger in NJ02 (though I feel like if NJ03 and NJ07 are bluened it will come at the cost of making NJ02 redder and less competitive). If redistricting does indeed leave no competitive districts, then you can focus on volunteering in next-door PA for whoever the Democratic senate nominee is, but otherwise, Roll Roons is right: there can easily be competitive House seats in states that are uncompetitive, and NJ is a prime example of this.

What can I do to help create a Democratic trifecta that doesn’t depend on Sinema and Manchin?

Either relocate or convince the few remaining Democrats in middle America to pick a more old-school populist candidate in the primaries. Outside of a major influx of gentrified outsiders like in GA or CO, the national party is going nowhere fast running corporate-friendly cosmopolitan hipsters like Beto, Ossoff, Buttigieg, etc. What Democrats need is more Jon Testers in the midwest and mountain states and more John Bel Edwards in the south.
