This happened in Dayton, Ohio a few days ago, and I didn’t see it on here so I decided to make a new thread.

Basically, a paraplegic man was requested to leave the car, he said he couldn’t because of his medical condition, and after he turned down an offer of assistance (in the words of the department, you vc an watch it yourself below), was dragged out of the car forcibly and arrested.

There was a young child in the backseat during the arrest.

22,000$ was found in the subsequent car search and K-9 units detected that it had been in the presence of illicit substances.

The controversy is over the treatment of Mr Owensby and the forcible dragging of a black paraplegic out of a car.

 They're using supposed drug activity (he was coming from a "traphouse") to justify their abhorrent treatment of Owensby. The War on Drugs has been such a failure.
