Naso because he'd actually make people laugh. Deano is far to angry (especially for being just ten years old or so) and hackish.

Joe Republic, with Naso a close second

Deano would spend too much time calling ppl stupid and trying to feel better about himself and get nothing done

Whoa! My fault, Joe! I didn't even know you were part of the poll. You'd win easily and make people laugh.  Wink  Unsure of my vote, though, because a vote for Naso can mean the funniest administration ever.

I'm really flattered, guys.  But honestly, I severely doubt I'd actually win.  America is simply too partisan to shun a liberal Democrat and a conservative Republican in favor of a moderate independent.

The best I could imagine I'd do would be something like a repeat of 1992, and that's being generous to myself:

... although it would be nice to win Montgomery County. Smiley

Your biggest problem wouldn't be partisanship as much as raising money. Naso & Deano automatically have access to the RNC/DNC organizations. You can't even qualify for public funding. You would basically have to rely on equal media attention given to you at the outset of the campaign to increase your name recognition then try to bring in more small donors on the basis of that recognition. You would find me as a donor though. Smiley

Exactly.  I was kinda assuming equal funding and exposure, but without that I'd be even more screwed.  That's just how things work, unfortunately. Sad

Well I'd obviously vote for the only sane one in the race, Joe. But I doubt that in real life he would make much of a difference unless he has a lot of money. I mean basically the Deano-Naso race has been played out multiple times in modern American politics, just repleace Deano with a whacked out leftist and Naso with a dumb-ass conservative.
