If yes, were there any non-fascist participants in WWII?  Because I think all of them restricted abortion in some way.

It's definitely a more authoritarian position than the alternative and is also generally seen as a more right-wing one, but that does not make it fascism or even close to fascism, at least not absent a whole bunch of other factors.
