Starr County, Texas, is the most Hispanic county in the United States (not including Puerto Rico) at over 95% Hispanic.
Jefferson County, Mississippi, is the most African-American county in the United States, at over 85% African-American.
Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota, is the most Native American county in the United States, at almost 95% Native American.
Hooker County, Nebraska, is the whitest county in the United States at over 99% white.
Honolulu County, Hawaii, is the most Asian county in the United States at 58% Asian.

All but the last county (home to Honolulu County) are rural.

Which one would you want to live in if forced to...and why?
Also, since I think many would choose the most urban county here, there's one question asking which out of the five would you pick and which out of them excluding Honolulu you would pick.

I've lived in Oglala Lakota and Honolulu, but I would take the latter for sure Wink
