Duh (actually travels, actually traveled before 2015ish)

e.g. CLD-SFO-EWR-PWM
e.g. KUL-SIN-SFO-CLE
e.g. ORD-JFK-HEL-SVX
e.g. CUZ-LIM-EWR-YUL

... and many others.

Although it is understandable that BRTD, living in the middle of the country at a Northwest hub, and not traveling outside the country, hasn't needed to connect.

Yes,

Ahmedabad->Mumbai->Brussels->Newark was my most recent one in early 2018

Imagine going to a sh**thole like Ahmedabad.
