This group of people is a lot more conservative in 2020 than it was in 2016, which mitigates the shift, but what really happened was a bunch of left-leaning people and moderates who disliked Hillary now liked Biden.

I really just find that CNN result hard to believe.

I kind of think Biden narrowly won them or it was evenly split.  Seems like people who hated Trump really hated him whereas people who disliked Biden were more tepid about it.  Given the choice I think the double-haters would pick Biden.
