Biden.

TR's Square Deal was the precursor of consumer aid, conservation of environment and creating a more labor friendly situation without overwhelming the coporate side--largely what the current administration is attempting to do over 100 years later.

He would have been disgusted with the entire Republican Party from Reagan onwards:

"To-day many well-meaning men who have permitted themselves to fossilize, to become mere ultra-conservative reactionaries, to reject and oppose all progress, but who still pay a conventional and perfunctory homage to Lincoln's memory, will do well to remember exactly what it was for which this great conservative leader of radicalism actually stood." - Theodore Roosevelt

Biden, but would have supported Bloomberg in the primaries. (more neoconservative) Teddy would not be happy about withdrawing troops from Afghanistan.

I'd say Trump although with less enthusiasm than last time. He seems like a typical Obama-Trump voter, although possibly a bit more hawkish.
