Racism will never end. There will always be people in the world who are racists. Systematic racism will never truly end, either.

Why not? Tell me, why not.

There will always be some level of 'racism,' in policing, even if most police officers are completely nonracist. There will definitely be at least one person who, conciously or unconciously, is racist, and who is in a position of power. It depends on what you define as 'systematic racism.' If it means police brutality, perhaps police brutality will end, and then so will systematic racism. But I would define it to include (conciously or subconciously) any racial profiling. For instance, the police is much more likely to suspect an African-American of marijuana possesion than a white person (even though statistics do not justify this disproportionality), and it is much more likely that the former faces a bigger punishment than the latter for the same crime. Most people are, to some level, racist. They may not be actively racist, but they are probably subconciously racist. And, inevitably, many end up in positions of power. It would be incredibly difficult to put only truly completely nonracist and non-prejudicied people in power. There is a lot of 'woke'ness today, but even so, the vast majority of people are probably racist (though they probably aren't actively or conciously racist). And even if they try not to, enough people will let their prejuidices impact their actions in their position of power. So, there will be 'systematic racism,' even if it isn't nearly as bad as it was in the 1960s.
