"When does racism end?" ..... When God lets the human race back into the Garden of Eden.
Other questions to ask:
Who is more powerful in the United States, the forces of racism or the governments (federal, state, and local)?
Are the governments in the United States doing anything to combat discrimination, protecting the rights of minorities? Have the governments been reducing the power of racism?
If the things that the governments have been doing to reduce racism have not been effective enough, what else can they do?
