Should the media have exposed Rudy Giuliani earlier in the late 1990s when Giuliani's police department was out of control, especially with the Abner Louima sodomization (Aug. 1997), Amadou Diallo 41 shots (Feb. 1999), and Patrick Dorismond's murder (Mar. 2000)................

All of Giuliani's baggage died down when he dropped out of the 2000 Senate race against Hillary Clinton and then a year later on September 11, 2001 when he was dubbed "America's Mayor" after the 9/11 attacks......even in his failed 2008 presidential bid and his failed 2010 governor's and Senate consideration this never was brought up....

Should he have been exposed earlier?

Amadou Diallo got a lot of coverage. Sure, nothing compared to BLM today, but still a lot.
