If Mongolia was a region of Italy how would it vote?
If Mongolia was a region of Italy, the timeline probably diverged from ours when Marco Polo met with Kublai Khan. The resulting society sounds like it could be absolutely amazing in many respects, but how it would vote or whether voting would even be a thing is quite literally anyone's guess. Someone should write a story about it!
I decided to actually briefly develop this hypothetical, just because it is very fun to think about. I make no pretense of plausibility. Here we go:
