Few things from this :

1. Lol at Obama , Biden being not only ahead of Lincoln among Democrats but by a good deal

2. Who are the 16% of republicans who don’t approve of Washington?

3. The fact that JFK is so popular among republicans shows how he is the most overrated president ever

Obama was a class act and conservatives squandered what could have been a watershed moment in this nation's history towards expressing the promise and supposed goodness of America. Why wouldn't Democrats celebrate Obama?

That being said Lincoln was clearly the greatest President The United States of America has ever had.

I mean democrats claim republicans are the ones who are dominated by cult of personality yet this polls shows so are they lol

The vast majority of people don’t look at strictly ideology unlike atlas  , and Lincoln anyway would definitely be considered a center to center  right president so your wrong in that too .

Abraham Lincoln was to many a radical progressive for the age and his actions as President were EXTREMELY controversial, even in the North.

He was also bold and fearless.

He also had one of the best senses of humor of any President (Ronald Reagan did as well).

All this proves is that Democrats can readily name and like their most recent presidents, perhaps more than Republicans as they have no reason to be embarrassed like they do with Trump and Bush. That by no means proves the intensity of feeling among those who like recent Democratic presidents is nearly as strong as it is among those who support Trump, let alone that there is a comparable “cult of personality” around Obama and Biden. The very notion is absurd. Broad general approval does not equal slightly less popular fanaticism.

Taft, Cleveland, and Harrison are in identical positions back-to-back-to-back among both parties.

Also interesting how Republicans rate Biden even lower than Obama. Meanwhile Dubya is way above Trump for Democrats.

Obama is worthy of praise as an exemplary individual who ran a fine administration and navigated significant challenges positively while dealing with Republican's insane racist and unprecedented backlash.

The only cult is the Trump cult. A man of no redeemable qualities who managed to co-opt an entire party with insults, racism and xenophobia, and corruption.

Lincoln being more negatively perceived by Democrats than Republicans is a shock to no one here, right?

Right?

So Dems are delusional about how good their recent presidents are, and Republicans are delusional about where their values actually stand.

Right?

Not really, but it's not because "Muh party of the Klan" or anything like that. It's actually the exact opposite; Lincoln isn't woke enough for the far left anymore and is thus being canceled for racism despite ending slavery.

Meanwhile, Republicans saying they like Lincoln is no surprise as they love to talk about being the "party of Lincoln." But that does not somehow prove they actually understand or live up to Lincoln's ideals, just that they love some vague idea they have of Lincoln that most likely bears little resemblance to the historical reality. It also doesn't wash away the irony of many of these same Republicans now being far more likely than Democrats to wave and defend Confederate flags, etc. Cognitive dissonance here is nothing new. It's extremely prevalent among Republicans, hell practically a prerequisite to be one.

How does Trump only have a 79% favorability rating with Republicans when most polls have showed him at around 90%?

You write that while you're in a death cult centered on Donald Trump. It would be hilarious if it s wasn't so sad.

Lincoln being more negatively perceived by Democrats than Republicans is a shock to no one here, right?

Right?

Democrats, Lincoln: Somewhat Unfavorable 4%8%, Very Unfavorable 5%4%.

Republicultists, Lincoln: Somewhat Unfavorable 7%, Very Unfavorable 2%

Margin of Error ±2.3%

Corrected You're right. And yes, that is something of a surprise.
