His resume is not impressive. He worked on Biden's short-lived 2008 campaign and was essentially the mastermind of Biden's Iraq plan, which was basically more nation-building and unwanted involvement from the Americans.

Now Biden wants to repeal the Iraq War resolution, so something obviously changed. (I mean, it's been thirteen years now, so I don't necessarily hold flipping on foreign policy issues to be a bad thing as the conditions change.)

Too early for me to vote. I approve of his efforts to re-establish US credibility, but if that entails innocent people dying as collateral damage, he's a clear HP.
