Has anyone been following the NYC mayoral race? Adams has the most Trump-like swagger and bluster I've seen in a Democratic politician in a while now. Does he have any national aspirations? And if so, could his personality take on Trump's?

I think Adams would win comfortably. He's in the Biden sweet spot of appealing to moderates and African-Americans. His demeanor is probably a good fit for centrist voters who might consider voting for Trump.

To run in 2024, Adams would have to announce his candidacy in late 2023, right? He won't be mayor until early-2022.

Is Adams supposed to run for the Presidency on 1-2 year's worth of mayoral experience?

2028 would be the time for Adams, if he has aspirations for the Presidency.
