Do you think Biden underperformed in the City of Lansing or Ingham County? Also, why did he do better in Ingham relative to 2012 and 2008, than in the city itself?

From a look at Ingham County, Biden won it by 6 points more than Clinton, and more than Obama did in 2012. It looks like a pretty solid performance to me.
