I will object to the motion in addition to advising against it. Peanut has said that GM input on this bill is forthcoming and I think we would all benefit from knowing exactly what kind of immigration situation we are voting to affect.
Where does the progress of this input stand?
Well, that depends on whether the Senate is willing to wait for Peanut's next publication – he has said this will be part of the next GM update. Don't know when it will arrive though, plus it's been a couple of weeks.
I’ve been getting increasingly worried about Peanut’s activity recently. He’s been great with the work he’s done but it’s not looking good over the past month
Have to agree. A third of the month has passed and we're not in campaign mode. We really need more consistency and engagement here.
Has there been any update on this situation as of yet?
From my perspective, I would be keen to know what the tangible objective sought from this level of increase is. I understand the general desire to be more compassionate and such sure, but why is 150,000 the selected number?
Obviously the desire to wait for the GM is the hope that this could be answered as such in that direction, but absent that we could possibly discern that ourselves or at least ascertain the existing need IRL and then make some adjustments for the in game situation.
